Walter Rios is the definitive performer of Argentina's most iconic musical instrument - The Bandoneon. The country's recording industry authority EPSA named him "one of the five most important bandoneon players of our time". With a performing and touring career of over 60 years, Rios is as recognizable as any musical legends of any genre of music. Argentina even named the junction of the majestic Corrientes Avenue and Parana Street after him in Bueons Aires, for the decades of immense contribution to the cultural and musical development of the nation's most treasured art form - The Tango.
