Conventional art training focuses much on mundane technique training, stifling creativity and ultimately rendering art a tiresome exercise. Courses tend to gear only towards exams and certifications, often overlooking true enjoyment and appreciation. Innonation strives to enhance self-development with an All-Round, open, interactive and collaborative approach.

音樂/藝術教育新理念— 創造快樂的發展空間

現時很多的小學什至幼稚院都推行「一人一樂器」訓練計劃， 最終目的都是希望增加孩子的藝術修養：利用藝術作為陶冶性情、增進創造力、學習能力、自信、甚至希望幫助昇學的一個媒體 。但當坊間大多的音樂/藝術教育只著重於「考級」或「比賽」時，問題便出現了：孩子都因為怕了考試壓力或沉悶而中途放棄；而有部份能夠堅持到底的音樂學員就大多只會視「八級」為音樂道路的終站。

儘管創樂空間的創辦人皆為男拔萃舊生以及各類型音樂比賽的常勝將軍，但他們都認為考級及比賽只是學習音樂的一部份， 最重要的是培養孩子對藝術的熱誠 。只要真正對音樂藝術起了感情，才可以用作一個增加個人修養的媒體。配合專業的技術訓練和舒適的學習環境， 應付「考試」及「比賽」亦自然變成一種樂趣無窮的活動 。
